Returns

We’ve teamed up with the helpful team at Evri to manage our returns and refund process.

All you need to do is follow the four easy steps below to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible:

  • Visit https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel and select ‘return a parcel’, pay the £3.99 returns charge and print your label
  • Pack the item to avoid damage in transit 
  • Ensure that all returned products are unused, in their original packaging, and all labels are intact. You must also include the despatch note you received with your order, completing your reason code on the relevant paperwork
  • Take your parcel to a Evri Parcel Shop. There are over 7,500 in the UK – find your local store at: https://www.evri.com/parcelshops/find-a-parcelshop

 

At Nooshie, before we dispatch any items to you and your fluffy friends, all products are carefully packed and inspected at our warehouse. But mistakes do happen, so if for any reason you do need to return a product, please do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note we do not offer exchanges, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in a suitable condition.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on some of our products. You can check these products at Nooshie.com. You can also find this information on the order summary detail of your despatch note.

Examples of non-returnable items would be Perishable Foods, Medications as well as Liquids and Health & Hygiene / Toiletry products, as we can’t resell these. If you have any questions regarding returns and refunds, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Damaged and incorrect products

In the very unlikely event that you receive a different item, or your order is damaged, please reach out to us at [email protected]

Please take photos of the product and parcel in the exact condition it arrived in and email them back to us. 

Refunds will be processed to the card used to make the payment, or onto your PayPal account where appropriate. Depending upon your bank, this could take between 5 and 7 working days to process.
